When Vodafone tasked us with reintroducing their iconic customer engagement property, Icons, we knew it needed to be a bold, street-savvy revival. The goal was clear: to reignite excitement across various media channels and reconnect with audiences in a fresh, authentic way.

But as with any great project, there were a few surprises along the way. For instance, our carefully cast “celebrity” dog had other plans on shoot day, leaving us to improvise. After waiting three hours for the neighborhood dog to wake up, we ended up with an unexpected star who brought a raw, genuine vibe to the final cut.

This campaign wasn’t just about the challenge; it was about our team’s agility and creativity in making sure every element of the production was authentic and impactful. The result? A vibrant, street-inspired edition of Icons that hit all the right notes and kept Vodafone at the forefront of customer engagement.
